What Do I Need To Know Before I Order
Answers to Frequently Asked Questions
How much do I need to order to make sure everyone eats something?
Every item on the menu is served in portions of 10 pieces. If you are doing a "happy hour" for 20 people, we would suggest ordering 2 orders of 3 to 4 items. If you are hosting a business lunch for 20, we suggest ordering 2 orders of an entree/sandwich and 2 orders of 2 different sides.
Do utensils and plates come with my order?
Yes. We provide paper plates, individually wrapped "fork, knife & spoon" kits.
If so, can I upgrade to something nicer?
Yes, for a small upcharge we can sell you high density plastic plates and "linen like" cater wraps containing a fork, knife, and spoon.
How do I keep my food hot after it is delivered?
If you have an oven on site, please keep the food in the oven (at 200 degrees) until service time. Or we can sell wire chafers with a water pan and chafer fuel. We can suggest how many you will need depending on the size of your order.
Can I pick up the food cold, and heat it up myself?
Yes. We can provide heating instructions for you.
Is there a minimum order?
No.
Is there someone I can speak with about my order?
It would help if you would email our sales team party@3glscatering.com. They can answer all of your questions.
How much notice do I need to give you before I can get my food?
The further in advance we know about the order, the better. But 36-48 hours before you need the food works for us.
What happens if I need to cancel my order at the last minute?
We take payment before the order can be placed. Cancellation, unfortunately, is not an option as the food will have been ordered. We simply do not have the space to keep food if there is a cancellation.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No. As we take the payment at the time of the order, there is no need for a contract.
What is the easiest way to pay for my food?
We will take your credit card information over the phone OR we can send you a QuickBooks payment link. The order will not be processed until payment is received.
